MY TERMS OF SERVICE

*** OPEN COMMISSIONS ***

 -I reserve the right to reject your commission if it does not meet my standards or you have had problems with other illustrators.

-Orders with commercial fines may cost you more expensive.

-I usually charge $25 for lineart, $45 for head shot (full color), $50 for half body (full color), and $55 for full body (full color). That in the case of an individual character. If you want more characters to appear in your drawing, the price will be $5 for each one added. Art-trade, bitcoin, or anything that is not real currency is NOT accepted as payment.

-You will pay for a digital only illustration. The service does not include any printing or physical product of the illustration.

-If you are a minor, you must have the permission of your parents or guardians to request a commission.

-Charge in advance. If for any reason more than a month goes by without any news about your order, your money will be refunded.

-I use Paypal to receive payments. I will ask for your Paypal address for the invoice. If you are not from the euro zone, you can pay in dollars or in the currency of your country.

-You cannot cancel or request a refund once I have started working on your order.

-It is impossible to calculate how long it will take me to finish your order, because things may arise that delay me. It also depends on the complexity of the illustration and my personal circumstances at the time of the commission. It can take me anywhere from a week to a month or more, because I don't like to rush and I don't use a tablet or digital pen, but rather Photoshop 7.0 and a mouse, which slows down my work considerably. In any case, I will send you previews of the drawing so that you can see how it progresses and you can decide if you want to make any changes to it. You must respond immediately to the messages in which I send you these samples to be able to continue with the drawing without further delay.

-I do not make orders from different clients at the same time. If I'm working on someone else's order when you place yours, I'll put you on a waiting list until I can start it. You will not have to make any payment while you are on the waiting list, and you can withdraw at any time, or ask to be put at the bottom of the list if you are not in a hurry or don't have the money for the payment yet. If when your turn comes you still do not have the money, you will have to ask for your turn again.

-I will need detailed descriptions and references to get an idea of ​​what you want your drawing to look like. If possible, make me a sketch, even if you don't know how to draw, to know more or less what you have in mind.

-YES you can ask me: fanart, original characters, chibis, yaoi, yuri, furry, realistic animals...

-I do NOT accept commissions to draw robots, mechas, machines, cars or other means of transportation, technology or engineering, landscapes, realistic portraits of people, drawing in a style other than mine, or illustrations inciting hatred, violence, machismo, racism, pedophilia or homophobia. And NO accept to sell my drawings to turn them into NFTs. 

-As a client, you can upload the drawing to your pages and social networks, use it as a gift, print it on t-shirts, mugs, decoration, etc, or edit it as an avatar, all without commercial purposes on your part and without passing it off as yours.

-As an author, I can upload your drawing to my pages and social networks as part of my portfolio, except in the case that you want your order to be exclusive. In that case I will not make the drawing public. I will not resell or trade it as a design to print on t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. Obviously, this only applies to the commission that you have made me, not to the non-commissioned drawings that I have exposed here with their price. Those you can buy, but they're still mine for my own purposes.

-By asking me for a commission you are accepting my terms and conditions. So it is better that you have everything clear and ask me any questions first.

FORM TO REQUEST A COMMISSION

-Style: Do you want the character in chibi or normal style? In color, in B/W with patterns, or just the lineart?

-Number of characters that will appear in the illustration: A single character? A duo or couple? More?

-Type: Just the bust? Half body? Whole body?

-Background: Simple background? In white? Transparency?

-Accessories: Should you carry a weapon, staff or any other accessory?

-Pose in which you want the character.

-Personality of the character (to try to capture it in the drawing)

-Detailed description of his physical appearance.

-References: They serve as an important complement to the description you have given me, because that way I will get a clearer idea of ​​what pose you want, or the type of outfit, hairstyle, etc. Send as many as you can. If you don't have one, try to make a sketch that reflects what you want, even if it goes wrong.

EN ESPAÑOL

-Me reservo el derecho a rechazar tu comisión si no se ciñe a mis estándares o has tenido problemas con otros dibujantes.

-Los pedidos con fines comerciales pueden costarte más caros.

-Suelo cobrar 25 dólares por un lineart, y por ilustraciones en color cobro 45 dólares por busto, 50 por medio cuerpo, y 55 por cuerpo completo. Eso en el caso de personajes individuales. Si quieres que en tu dibujo aparezcan más personajes, el precio será de 5 $ por cada uno añadido. NO acepto como pago art-trade, ni bitcoin, ni nada que no sea moneda real.

-Pagarás por una ilustración únicamente digital. El servicio no incluye ninguna impresión o producto físico de la ilustración.

-Si eres menor de edad, debes contar con el permiso de tus padres o tutores para pedir una comisión.

-Cobro por adelantado. Si por alguna razón pasa más de un mes sin que te haya dado ninguna noticia sobre tu pedido, se te reembolsará el dinero. 

-Uso Paypal para recibir los pagos. Te pediré tu dirección de Paypal para la factura. Si no eres de la zona euro, puedes pagar en dólares o en la moneda de tu país.

-No puedes cancelar o pedir reembolso una vez que yo haya empezado a trabajar en tu pedido.

-Es imposible calcular cuánto tiempo tardaré en terminar tu pedido, porque pueden surgir cosas que me retrasen. También depende de la complejidad de la ilustración y de mis circunstancias personales en el momento del encargo. Puedo llegar a tardar entre una semana y un mes o más, porque no me gusta apresurarme y no uso tableta ni lápiz digital, sino Photoshop 7.0 y ratón, lo que ralentiza mucho mi trabajo. En cualquier caso, te iré enviando avances del dibujo para que veas cómo progresa y puedas decidir si deseas hacer algún cambio en él. Debes responder enseguida a los mensajes en los que te envíe estas muestras para poder seguir con el dibujo sin mayores tardanzas.

-No hago al mismo tiempo pedidos de diferentes clientes. Si estoy trabajando en un pedido de otra persona cuando tú hagas el tuyo, te pondré en lista de espera hasta que pueda empezarlo. No tendrás que hacer ningún pago mientras estés en la lista de espera, y puedes retirarte cuando quieras, o pedir que te ponga al final de la lista si no tienes prisa o aún no cuentas con el dinero para el pago. Si cuando llegue tu turno aún no tienes el dinero, tendrás que volver a pedir turno.

-Necesitaré descripciones detalladas y referencias para hacerme una idea de cómo quieres que sea tu dibujo. A ser posible, hazme un boceto, aunque no sepas dibujar, para saber más o menos lo que tienes en mente. 

-SÍ puedes pedirme: fanart, personajes originales, chibis, yaoi, yuri, furry, animales...

-NO acepto encargos para dibujar robots, mechas, máquinas, coches u otros medios de transporte, tecnología o ingeniería, retratos realistas de personas, paisajes, dibujar en otro estilo que no sea el mío, o ilustraciones de incitación al odio, la violencia, el machismo, el racismo, la pedofilia o la homofobia. Y NO acepto vender mis dibujos para convertirlos en NFT.

-Como cliente, puedes subir el dibujo a tus páginas y redes sociales, usarlo como regalo, imprimirlo en camisetas, tazas, decoración, etc, o editarlo como avatar, todo ello sin fines comerciales por tu parte y dándome el crédito, sin hacerlo pasar por obra tuya.

-Como autora, puedo subir tu dibujo a mis páginas y redes sociales como parte de mi portafolio, salvo en el caso de que quieras que tu encargo sea exclusivo. En ese caso no haré público dicho dibujo. No lo revenderé ni lo comercializaré como diseño para imprimir en camisetas, tazas, pegatinas, etc. Obviamente, esto solo se aplica al encargo que me hayas hecho, no a los dibujos no comisionados que tengo expuestos aquí con su precio. Esos puedes comprarlos, pero siguen siendo míos para ser vendidos de manera habitual.

-Al pedirme una comisión estás aceptando mis términos y condiciones. Así que es mejor que lo tengas todo claro y me preguntes cualquier duda primero.

FORMULARIO PARA PEDIR UNA COMISIÓN

-Estilo: ¿Quieres el personaje en estilo chibi o normal? ¿En color, en B/N con tramas, o solo el lineart?

-Cantidad de personajes que aparecerán en la ilustración: ¿Un solo personaje? ¿Un dúo o pareja? ¿Más?

-Tipo: ¿Solo el busto? ¿Medio cuerpo? ¿Cuerpo entero?

-Fondo: ¿Fondo simple? ¿En blanco? ¿Transparencia?

-Accesorios: ¿Debe llevar algún arma, báculo o algún otro accesorio? 

-Pose en la que quieres al personaje.

-Personalidad del personaje (para tratar de plasmarla en el dibujo)

-Descripción detallada de su aspecto físico.

-Referencias: Sirven como importante complemento de la descripción que me hayas dado, porque así me haré una idea más clara de qué pose quieres, o el tipo de atuendo, peinado, etc. Envía todas las que puedas. Si no tienes, trata de hacer tú un boceto que refleje lo que quieres, aunque te salga mal.
